SMALL GROUP TRAINING: 'MELT' HI INTENSITY
Similar to personal training, Small Group provides clients with individualized attention in a motivated group setting. It’s a cost effective alternative to one-on-one training with the benefit of friendly competition. The instructor uses strength training and conditioning, cardio routines, core, yoga and pilates workouts to increase stamina, endurance and muscle toning.
